This is a retirement home for a NRI Doctor. Elevation style was inspired from a Spanish farm house. This project is located in Palakkad. With Builtup area around 4200sqft, this villa will accommodate three more families during vacation. The ground floor consists of a drawing room, living come dining area, master bedroom, guest bedroom, kitchen, dirty kitchen with facilities for servants.

The living and dining area opens into protected courtyard, where they can have nice gathering for a barbecue night. The TV hall in the first floor opens into a terrace garden.
