Mr.Javeed Residence

This 2300sqft plot is located in trichy. This home was designed for a young couple with two kids.  Their requirement was 4 bedrooms with attached toilets, living includes a extra seating area for ladies, dining double ht with a open kitchen, Master bedroom with a balcony.

The challenge was to design in a extremely tight site, where we have to accommodate most of the spaces in ground floor. There was not space available for garden in the ground floor, so we managed to provide it in the first floor, but can be viewed from living area in ground floor. The upper floor and ground floor were designed in such a way it is well connected.
